First Sunrise

[There is currently a white wolf staring at the camera. At first, she's just confused. However, when Cambot moves a little closer, she jumps back and crouches down into a defensive position, growling at the strange floating object. Cambot immediately backs off again, just as startled as she is.]

[Once Amaterasu determines that the floating object is not a threat, she relaxes a bit and approaches it again, sniffing. Cambot continues to keep a good distance. Amaterasu sits down and cocks her head at Cambot, whining a little. Can this object actually help her out?]

[After there's no response, Ammy leaves the Cambot's view. When she returns, she's holding up a painting in her mouth:]

[Okay, She's probably going always be a little taken back by some of the really weird things. Sure, she was a space commander to an intergalactic community where pretty much anything could be true, but a dog that can draw is just a little weird. Have a few confused blinks.]

A sun...?

[Ammy just whines a bit and cocks her head at the question. It's a question to her...where's the sun gone?]

[Fluttershy's face lights up. What a wonderful looking creature! She leans right in close towards Cambot.]

I'm afraid the sun is outside, miss. Oh, I know that sounds a bit obvious, but, being out in space like this, I'm afraid it's the only way to really describe it.

[Ammy brightens up considerably when Fluttershy shows up, too...she wasn't expecting any animals in a place like this! Her tail wags a bit.]

[She looks out the nearest window...there are indeed stars out there, which means the sun is. She thinks for a moment, then sits down and paints two more pitures:]

[Ammy wishes she knew, too. She glances out the nearest window at the stars, then looks back at Link. It's out there somewhere, but why can't she call it?]

[Ammy just stares back, waiting for a response. She does like kids, so she's curious to see what this one will do.]

[This wolf seems far nicer than the ones Galadriel is used to. And more intelligent.]

I fear we are all stuck inside. There is a place that looks somewhat like a forest here, but it is not very large.

Might I ask where you learned to draw so well? It is quite impressive for a being without hands.

[Ammy perks up a bit at the mention of a forest. But as for the question...she paints for Galadriel the symbol of the gods:]

[wow, that's weird, that wolf seemed a little oddly shaped. WHERE ARE YOUR FINGERS, LADY?

She seems to be trying to communicate. Red scribbles something down on a sheet of paper and holds it up to the camera.]

[Now that's an odd-looking dog. Ammy would think he was one of the Oina tribe, but she's pretty sure that's not a mask.]

[Ammy immediately perks up and smiles at the picture. She likes bones! They're a tasty treat! Does he have any?]

We are in space, the sun is outside, if we are positioned right you should be able to see it quite well.

[Ammy glances toward the window, turns around once, and sits down before looking back at Kaldur. She gives a small whine...it doesn't seem like anyone can answer her questions as to why she can't bring the sun here.]

[Ammy just looks startled and a little confused. Wow, this person is energetic. And strange. She cocks her head at him.]

[Ienzo's a little surprised to see a wolf on the satellite and even more so to note that it seems to be capable of speech (of a sort). Beings that have animal features aren't unknown in his neck of the woods, even if his personal experience is mostly limited to the mouse-king visitor they'd had that once. But this is something entirely new, and it takes him a moment to decide whether or not to answer.

Eventually he does, however, and points out one of the windows of the satellite. The sun is around still. It's just outside.]

[Ammy perks up a little at seeing another child, even if he looks a bit strange. He looks out the window as Ienzo points...the sun is out there, but she just can't seem to call it to her. Her ears droop a little, and she looks a bit dejected.]

[A wolf actually, but people often talk to her as if she were a dog, so she doesn't mind. She hasn't heard of Black Hayate, though.]

[She does realize it, but still can't figure out why she can't call her sun. She turns around so that her back is facing Maes, then turns her head back towards him and barks once.]

[Ammy has heard this and it still doesn't explain things, but now she's more interested in why this child would try and hide behind a hood. She comes a little closer to Cambot, sniffing.]
