First Sunrise

[There is currently a white wolf staring at the camera. At first, she's just confused. However, when Cambot moves a little closer, she jumps back and crouches down into a defensive position, growling at the strange floating object. Cambot immediately backs off again, just as startled as she is.]

[Once Amaterasu determines that the floating object is not a threat, she relaxes a bit and approaches it again, sniffing. Cambot continues to keep a good distance. Amaterasu sits down and cocks her head at Cambot, whining a little. Can this object actually help her out?]

[After there's no response, Ammy leaves the Cambot's view. When she returns, she's holding up a painting in her mouth:]

[That seems to indicate there is no easy way out of here now, which is not the happiest of news. Still, she'd have to be comfortable then. She paws at the ground, then lays down on it.]

[Ammy returns the sympathy, even if it may not be easy to see with her face.]

[She takes another piece of paper, and paints 'Amaterasu' in Japanese characters before showing to Galadriel.]

I'm afraid that I can not read that. It is in a language I am not familiar with. I suppose I should have known better than to think that I could. We do seem to be from very different worlds, after all.

[Ammy sighs...it seems like most people can't read it. Nippon feels very far away now.]

[After a moment's thinking and looking at a blank piece of paper, she looks back up at Galadriel with a curious expression. What was her world like?]

[Galadriel may not read thoughts right now, but animal body language is fairly easy to understand.]

You wish to know about my world? Well, none of the wolves are white, for one. Or as friendly or intelligent as you are, for another.

[Ammy listens, but seems a little confused and upset by that. True, she's never seen many white wolves like her around. But as long as people treat the land well and there is plenty to eat, there's no reason for any animals to not be friendly.]

I know it must sound strange to you, but where I come from, wolves were the allies of Dark Lords bent on enslaving all peoples.

Don't worry. I do not bear you any ill will because of my past experience with wolves. Your coloring and behavor make it quite obvious you are not from my world.

[A Dark Lord, like Yami? Now that doesn't sound right at all. Darkness takes away all life, including that for animals. Even though Galadriel says she bears no ill will, Ammy still looks a bit sullen at the idea.]

Don't worry. The last Dark Lord in my world was defeated several years ago.

[Well, that is good to hear. Hopefully this means that life is thriving there and the animals are also doing well. Ammy looks happier about that.]
