[Cambot has found something strange! He flies past the media deck, picking up the sounds of what could be a soap opera given the cheesy music and dialogue. He turns back to see who or what he can make fun of, however when he arrives on the deck he instead finds a small, teal animal lying on the couch. Shouldn't a platypus be on the nature deck?

The platypus looks up and makes a chittering noise, his eyes going in both directions so he's not looking directly at Cambot. Cambot zooms in on the platypus as if testing this. There have been talking ponies and birds and what not, surely the platypus wasn't...just a platypus.

But, nope, Perry just keeps lying there on the couch with his eyes pointing in two different directions. A subtitle pops up on the screen]

"JUST A PLATYPUS!"

[Cambot then spins around to leave, not seeing Perry let out a sigh of relief and getting comfy on the couch to enjoy his soaps. Perry makes a mental note to do something about that camera floating around otherwise he might be in trouble.]

[While a nature deck might seem the perfect place for his kind he had a better idea. Not only would it indicate he was a pet but it would also help him find out if Phineas or Ferb were on board. Perry sat up as he ate, trying to get the light in the room at just the right angle and---FLASH. Yes! The light had caught off the reflection of the locket on his collar that Phineas and Ferb had given him.

Perry was glad he'd managed to get that collar fixed after recent incidents had left him without it. He just had to hope this talking pony was the curious sort and would examine the locket that had pictures of himself, Phineas, and Ferb.

Perry just hoped that the move had been subtle enough to trick them into thinking it was just an accident that the light had hit the collar]

[Fluttershy certainly does catch the collar's gleam, and gives a tiny gasp. A lost pet? Oh no! She leans down to investigate.]

Oh-- I hope I'm not being nosy, I just couldn't help but notice...

[He's an awfully odd sort of critter, isn't he? Seems a little bit... distracted? Or maybe he's just tired. He doesn't seem to mind her looking closer, either way.]

[...wait a moment... that boy on there!] Oh--ohmygoodness! [She hops a little from hoof to hoof] Th-that boy, I think I've seen him! [She beams] He's your owner, isn't he? Oh, I'm sure he'll be just thrilled to see you.

[Awesome. Just as planned. Perry chitters happily while Cambot zooms in on the picture in the collar with Fluttershy.

And Phineas or Ferb is here! Perry almost nods in response to her question but stops himself just in time. He needs to stop getting so excited, but it's good to hear that one of his family members is here. He would worry about them otherwise. Although now he can't help but wonder how on EARTH Phineas and Ferb managed not only a satellite but also a magical talking pony and a camera robot in this span of time. It was a little much, even for those two.]

[Fluttershy certainly picked up on that flash of excitement, all the same. Maybe he's just shy. She certainly knows how that is.]

The boy with the red hair, I know I've seen him around. Oh, um... but I'm not exactly sure where he is, right now... [She looks over her shoulder at the hovering 'bot] But he might get to see you through Cambot! I bet it won't be too long.

[As much as he'd like to respond to the talking pony, he isn't going to do it in front of the bot, especially now that he knows Phineas could be watching. He already nearly lost him and his family once, he wasn't going to risk that again so soon.

Instead he goes back to eating, hoping that Phineas will get here soon and that then he can wander off and start REALLY figuring this place out.]

[Fluttershy giggles. She doesn't mind that he's so quiet, she's just glad to help.]

I guess I better leave you to your food, then... but if you need anything else, then don't be afraid to ask, all right?

[Cambot, taking this as a sign that the interesting part of this conversation is over with, putters off.]

[He doesn't respond other than to snap up another shrimp, but he has totally marked Fluttershy as a friend and perhaps someone to turn to if Phineas gets busy or something. Phineas is usually pretty good about taking care of him though so he's not too worried about it.]
