Third Sunrise

[Cambot catches Ammy running through the recreation deck like there's a demon behind her...and as far as she's concerned, there is. An all-black wolf catches up with her on-screen, and she whirls around to face it, crouching low.]

[This is...definitely a side of Amaterasu that people likely haven't seen before. She circles the black wolf, snarling and growling at it, before lunging for its throat. It jumps out of the way, so Ammy jumps after it, and then proceeds to flip in the air and kick it kung fu-style in the head. While it's still reeling, she lands it a few more kicks (and is that a punch, too?) before finally grabbing it by the scruff of the neck, flipping high into the air and then pile-driving it into the ground.]

[The dark spectre finally lets out an unnatural screech, and then vanishes into black smoke. Ammy lands, and snarls where the black wolf last was. She's definitely dealt with this sort of thing before.]

[Perry had his hat on and was chasing after Angel and her doppleganger as soon as he saw them take off. Unfortunately, he was only a platypus and can only run so fast.

By the time he got there the dark wolf had been dealt with. Perry stayed out of Cambot's line of sight and the look was clearly written on his face that he was worried about Angel. Was she okay?]

[Ammy turns to notice Perry standing there...wow, he must've been just behind her. She shakes out her fur a bit to indicate that she's all right. But man, it would've been a lot easier to deal with demons if she had her brushes!]

[She's a bit more worried about Perry. Is he okay, too?]

[Well, yeah, he had to be there in case she needed backup but it looked like everything was taken care of. Perry gives a nod, glad to see she's okay though.

He's also fine. He can't help but wonder what that thing was, though, and the questioning look he is giving Angel is probably a good indication of that. Maybe she knows]

She walks over to Perry and sniffs him, just to be sure. While Ammy may be off the mark some, in her mind, it was a demon. It kept whispering how the people of the mortal world had no faith and deserved to have no sun, and she knew only creatures of evil would think like that! She draws Perry a picture of a demon scroll:]

[Perry tilts his head to study the picture. He doesn't get it exactly, just that Angel thinks it's bad news and after seeing that fight he can't help but to agree. So these things need taking down? Well, then Perry will do his best to take them down.

He punches one of his paws into the other, showing Angel he's ready.

But then realizes his hasn't showed up. He wonders if he has one...lurking out there somewhere?]

[She just...has no words.]

[Ammy tries to shake off the post-fighting jitters. She then notices Pinkie watching her, and sits down. It's all right! Her job is to stop demons, after all. Is Pinkie okay?]

[Pinkie's just...never really seen a fight like that before. And she's certainly never seen anything get killed before. But it WAS just a monster, and it went all up in smoke so it probably wasn't even a real thing anyway.]

Wow! You were just like GRRRRRR and it was all like RAWWWWR and then you just KICKED IN IT THE FACE! [She says as she acts out the entire thing.] THAT WAS SOOOOOO AWESOME!!!

[Well...while Ammy's definitely more an artist than a fighter, but she's glad that she was impressed! She just smiles back and wags her tail.]

[At least that demon didn't put up as much fight as she was afraid of...]

[Riku raises a brow, shifting his jaw thoughtfully. His own specter stands behind him and leans low. Riku's eyes narrow as it speaks, but he's doing his best to ignore it.] Looks like you're a real fighter.

[Ammy notices Riku watching her, but doesn't notice his doppleganger just yet. She just yawns, and nods. She can handle herself, even without her brushes.]

You got any clue where these came from? [His doppleganger speaks and reaches over to take Riku by the chin. Riku knocks its hand away, trying not to look disgusted.]

[Ammy shakes her head. All the demons she knows came from the Ark of Yamato, but they already got rid of those. They could have come from a different time, however...]

[Then she notices that Riku's got one right by him, too! She immediately jumps up again, growling at it.]

That... that was amazing, Miss! I had no idea...

[Ammy catches sight of Fluttershy. She's such a sweet pony, she wouldn't want to see one of those demons try to get at her. She just sits down and wags her tail, giving her an 'Are you okay?' sort of look.]

I... I'm fine. But those things... there's an awful lot of them around, aren't there...

[She bites her lip. She hasn't found hers yet, but she's more worried about her friends.]

I'm just... glad you're able to take care of yourself, Miss.

[She nods back. Fluttershy doesn't have to worry about her! She's more used to taking care of other animals, herself. As if to indicate this, she just sniffs disdainfully in the direction of the demon.]

[Xion will just look on in amazement.]

[Ammy straightens herself out more and notices that Xion is watching her. She looked pretty amazed. But is she all right, too?]

[Xion's okay so far, her doppleganger seems to be biding its time.]

Are...Are you okay? The other wolf didn't hurt you?

[Yes, she knows Ammy thoroughly beat that other wolf. She also knows that doesn't mean that Ammy was totally uninjured.]

[Ammy shakes her head no, and turns around once to indicate that she is not injured. Thankfully, it seems she caught the black wolf before it started getting violent...it was just whispering cruel and untrue things, and it smelled bad.]

You've dealt with these. [Not a question.]

[Destroying demons as quickly as possible is generally the best approach. They can't really be reasoned with...unless they're also shopkeepers. Ammy looks satisfied.]

[She nods. Not these things exactly, but certainly with demons before.]

I am getting you a big bone.

Or spaghetti.

Or really anything else you like to eat.

[She does like bones, although she hasn't heard of spaghetti. However, she's willing to try new foods. She smiles, and wags her tail.]
