Third Sunrise

[yabigfurball]

[Cambot catches Ammy running through the recreation deck like there's a demon behind her...and as far as she's concerned, there is. An all-black wolf catches up with her on-screen, and she whirls around to face it, crouching low.]

[This is...definitely a side of Amaterasu that people likely haven't seen before. She circles the black wolf, snarling and growling at it, before lunging for its throat. It jumps out of the way, so Ammy jumps after it, and then proceeds to flip in the air and kick it kung fu-style in the head. While it's still reeling, she lands it a few more kicks (and is that a punch, too?) before finally grabbing it by the scruff of the neck, flipping high into the air and then pile-driving it into the ground.]

[The dark spectre finally lets out an unnatural screech, and then vanishes into black smoke. Ammy lands, and snarls where the black wolf last was. She's definitely dealt with this sort of thing before.]

...it's an evil carpet? I always knew throw rugs looked shifty!

Um...there miiiiiight also be one of those that looks like me running around. Except her mane is all super-straight like this! [She grabs a glass of water from offscreen and dumps it on her head.] I don't think she'd try to bite you or kick you or anything like that, but...you know, just be careful, okie-dokie?

[Well, er...they look like evil carpets to mortals, but when you get up close, they take on different shapes, and it just gets complicated...Ammy decides not to press on it for now.]

[Ammy looks a little surprised when Pinkie dumps that water on her head. Was that...exactly necessary?! Oh well. She nods back, looking determined. If she needs to, she'll take down a Pinkie-shaped demon for her!]

[sailorlaughter]

[Of course it was necessary - SHE'S PINKIE PIE. She nods, satisfied.] Okie-dokie-lokie then! Hey, you must be TOTALLY starving after that epic battle! Want me to make you a little treat?

[yabigfurball]

[Ammy nods and wags her tail. That does sound good!]

[sailorlaughter]

Great! Come on down to the kitchen, I'll get it ready! I dunno if wolves like what dogs like, but my friend Applejack's dog Winona just LOVES my Puppy Cupcakes!

[Ammy likes cherry cakes, which are probably not the same as Pinkie's cupcakes, but close enough.]

[She makes her way up to the kitchen in pretty short order...aside from the promise of a treat, she can check up on Pinkie for any nearby demons.]

[sailorlaughter]

[Winona's never shown any particular interest in cherry cakes, so Pinkie's creation ends up involving a little more peanut butter. She bounces up to the door when Ammy arrives, glancing around the hall before shutting it firmly again.] Hi! You're here! Woooow, you're HUGE in real life! Here's your cupcake, puppy~

[Aaand then she arrives up at the kitchen. The size comment is surprising. Perhaps she's not that big, but then again, all the ponies here are pretty small. She walks up and notices the offered cupcake.]

[Huh, that certainly smells good, although she'd never had peanut butter before. She sniffs at it, and then chomps on the cupcake. It tastes good, but wow, it's also rather sticky!]

[sailorlaughter]

[And Pinkie's used to dogs being even smaller than ponies. She giggles.] Winona always does THAT too! Lemme get you some water!

[She grabs a bowl and starts filling it at the sink.] Oh my gosh, I can't believe I didn't ask! Do you have a name or anything?

[yabigfurball]

[Ammy keeps licking and licking at her chops, even after the cupcake is long gone...how is that stuff both really tasty and also really sticky?]

[While Ammy doesn't expect Pinkie to be able to read her name, considering none of the ponies have so far, she decides to try anyway. She pulls out her last drawing with 'Amaterasu' written in Japanese characters, and shows it to Pinkie.]

[Heeeeeeeeadtilt.]

...is that a tree? And, uh...a...turtle?

[yabigfurball]

[Ammy sighs, shakes her head and puts the paper away. Okay, so Pinkie can't read her name, either. Well, she's fine with whatever nickname Pinkie wants to give her.]

[sailorlaughter]

Aw, it's okay! I'll just call you Vanilla! Get it, 'cause you're white like vanilla! [At least it wasn't Treeturtle.]

[Ammy smiles...that one's pretty different, but she doesn't mind it! And she is secretly glad it's not Treeturtle.]
