[ Wally stands in a hallway, hands on his hips, looking up at Cambot with a frustrated expression. ]

Okay, seriously, what's with all the cameras? It's like we're on some kind of reality show here!

[ He walks right up to the camera, eyes narrowed into a glare. Staring contest?! Cambot switches to a fish-eye lens for effect.

...Okay, so he can't win a staring contest with a camera. But that's beside the point. He keeps staring, refusing to blink. A few seconds later, of course, his eyes start getting dry, and he finally relents with a small noise of frustration. ]

There's got to be something more interesting to record than this. Isn't there a talking cat running around here? Go follow him around some more! Make cute little videos for the Internet or something!

[ Staring contest redux! He admits defeat sooner this time, though, having completely lost patience with it. He throws his hands into the air. ]

Man, you're worse than Supey watching the No Signal thing. Fine! Follow me around, see if I care.

[ It's painfully obvious that he does care, but he will not be admitting to that anytime soon. He just runs off without another word. The camera trails after him, slowing as Wally comes to a stop with an expression of something like shock. His hands are balled into fists, and he throws them into the air again with a loud yell. ]

And why can't I run?!

Episode 01: Great First Impressions and How Not To Make Them
[Linkara is seated on a green futon. Please don't ask where he found it. Some people have an image to maintain. He tries not to sigh and gets started.]

It's come to my attention that most of you on the satellite are not critics and therefore probably have no idea how critics communicate. Tip: [and he holds up one finger] We're not the nicest people. It comes with the job.

What this boils down to is, I'm pretty sure I owe most of you an apology. And cake, if the pony is right about this sort of thing.

[There's a bit of a pause. Um. This is not usual for him.]

So. Yeah. Sorry about earlier.

First transmission
[A plain-looking woman around 40 watches everything on the network, squeezes her eyes shut, and massages the bridge of her nose.]

Well, that's the last time I take a shortcut through Hunter S. Thompson.

[She puts on her *official business* face.]

I'm Thursday Next from Jurisfiction. It looks like we have some kind of problem with genre boundaries and the stability of certain fictional works. I'll need to get to the Great Library and get the Bellman and someone from the Council of Genres to assess the problem. Just stay calm and I'll get this taken care of as quickly as possible. Let me know of any unusual side effects you experience. So far, I've seen intra-work time travel, multiple genres, and non-voluntary inter-work transfer.

Right. So where's the nearest book?

TRANSMISSION 1
[What up SOL. Here's this extremely pissed off giant bird guy, pacing around and grumbling under his breath. He seems to be looking for something, so it takes him a minute to notice Cambot. When he does, he stares at it for a moment, looking rather confused. ]

The hell... a camera? HEY!!

[Quite suddenly, the bird leaps at Cambot, grabbing the sides of it and practically mashing his beak right into the camera's lens. He does not appear to be a very happy camper.]

Listen up, chumps! I dunno who's crappy idea of a joke this is, but it ain't funny! I got better things t'do than waste my time sittin' around on some shitty satellite, arright!? Someone better tell me where the hell my blaster is, and point me to the nearest exit !

[Well, apparently someone didn't pay attention to Gypsy when he got here, obviously his missing blaster was so much more important. Big angry bird looks off screen and snorts, giving poor Cambot a shove. What an asshole.]

First link
[Cambot focuses on Namine as she walks down one of the ship’s corridors, the camera seeming to zoom in on her as Cambot moves in closer, circling around before facing her. Namine looks a bit surprised at first, then nervous.]

Hello? Can anyone hear me?

[She looks around then lowers her voice] If you can, do you think you could help me? I need to find the others. Riku worries and...I think Axel does, too, even if he doesn’t say so. But we have to be careful, because if the Organization finds out where we are--[she pauses to look around again.]

So we have to be careful and quiet, okay? [Cambot cues Mission: Impossible theme] No, no, not like that! [she waves her hands in a “stop” signal and the music fades] Just help me find the others. Please?
