Eighth Theft

[Zidane has retreated down to the launch deck - one of the only places not affected by whatever curse this was - after spending too much time on the theatrical deck. He's currently perched in the pipework on the ceiling, probably not a surprise to anyone who knows him, but a very long trail of golden blond hair is falling almost all the way down to the floor from his perch. All in all it's over twice as long as he is tall.]

[And he just so happens to have a couple of knives.]

[...Which aren't working.]

Damnit! How did Dagger do this?

[He's used to having longer hair, but this is ridiculous. He's left the tie in to keep it all together, but his knife refuses to cut through a single strand, instead just sawing back and forth or slipping down the hair river all together. He's getting frustrated, to say the least.]

Anyone got a pair of magical scissors or something? Anything?

I wasn't planning on taking anything that I didn't know where it came from. But if you've got anything that will cut this, I'll do you a favor when you need one if you just lend it to me.

What are you thinking of? Because I've tried knives, daggers, scissors, and even when it's sharp enough to cut you just by looking at it it's not working now.

Well, if cutting it's not gonna work, maybe we need to try another tactic. What if we tried burning it off with a laser or something? We could borrow one of Dr. Doofenshmirtz's creations and see!

[She's at least managed to find something to tie it back so it's not in her face anymore.]

Yours is curlier than mine, maybe that's part of it?

I've got it pulled back, it's just too long. [At least his isn't curly like Liz's. In this situation, straight is preferable.]

Nothing's gonna help this. [He sheathes his dagger with a huff, because really it's not doing any good. But he looks down at her and he's kind of got a silly smile on.] Maybe someone'll think we're related now, though.
