1st emptiness (Forward dated to just after the singing event)

[There's a voice offscreen, being picked up by a random Cambot hovering around]

I always figured Ventus's heart would be ridiculous.

[The voice sounds... kind of like Sora's, but it's deeper, and there's a certain unpleasantness to it. The cambot goes to investigate, and finds the back of the head of a boy with spiky black hair]

But this isn't his heart, is it. [The boy notices something watching him, and turns to look at him, revealing the familiar face of Sora, save for the yellow eyes.]  

It's not ridiculous enough.

[He seems to consider something, then smirks unpleasantly.]

[He raises his brows. It made no sense to him, but he does trust Sora.]

How does that even work? Is this jerk a Heartless?

So is he here because Ven's here? Like his own personal doppleganger that couldn't even get the face right?

I don't know why he's here. And as for the...face thing...haven't really figured that out, either.

So how about an explanation. Ven's a good guy. How could he have enough darkness to be its own being? Or is it that he's a good guy because his darkness is just running loose?

[Nope, that's enough of that. Kotetsu makes a dash down the hall, hopping between the two and making a grab for the Cambot.]

Sora's ignoring Vanitas right now

[Sora's a bit reluctant to bring up the whole thing over the Cambot network...plus there's still speculation on what happened when he was first born, and he doesn't want Vanitas to know about that.]

It's...a little complicated. You might wanna ask Ven himself.

Well, everyone! Who doesn't want -

[Wait. GASP!] You mean you don't have any FRIENDS?

I don't need friends.

[Whatever attack was intended for Ven, Kotetsu will find himself being attacked instead]

[Damnit Kotetsu why do you have to ruin his vengeance! It's just, he promises! Cam makes a series of electronic squeals as Kotetsu grabs him, wanting him to let go so he can continue following Ven's commands. Ven himself pushes himself up to his knees, not fully capable of standing yet but royally pissed as... well, no one on the SoL has ever seen him.]

Kotetsu! Get out!

[It's not easy trying to hold on to an unhappy camera while being attacked, but somehow, Kotetsu manages. ...for now, anyway. He grits his teeth, (cos, ow, that attack hurt) making sure he's firmly in the middle.]

What the hell's gotten in to you?!

Sora's smarter than Riku in that regard. Wow.

You can bet I will. [Cambot shows Riku's already on the move.]

Ventus finally learned to fight.

[He laughs]

I already knew how to fight! I beat you! Cam, get him!

[He's pushing himself to his feet, but he's still kind of unsteady. Good luck holding onto that Cambot, Kotetsu, it's pretty damn loyal.]

[Kotetsu glares over at the stranger.] Oi, you keep out of this for a sec!

[...and back at Ven.] And you listen t-...whoa! [There goes his grip on the Cambot. D:]

[sailorlaughter]

Of COURSE you do, silly! EVERYONE needs friends!

[She thrusts the cupcake into his hands and throws her forelegs around his waist.] But it's okay! Because now I'm your friend!

[Vanitas knocks the oncoming Cambot out of the air]

[He shoves her off of him]

Ugh, get off of me!
