[Riku’s glaring into the camera. In fact, it’s been broadcasting a while as he’s been getting stuff from lower decks. The image and audio quality is still pretty bad, but anyone could recognize that look even if it were a bad jpeg file from 1999. His hand vanishes behind the camera view before the camera shakes. Riku’s clearly smacked it to try to get it to work better.]
Figures my "welcome gift" would be busted already. Great. Why won’t this shut off?
[He turns around and goes to get a comic book that was sitting on his bed. The camera follows. Attack of the Killer Hot Glue Gun Robots. Yep from the lower decks all right. The kitten poster is still on the wall. ...In his defense not much is decorated yet. When he turns around, he leans back, looking slightly surprised at it having come so close. Darn, that was such a good view of his nose hair.]
Are you going to follow me around everywhere? [He groans, then walks past. Riku walks down the hall, giving someone a nod in another room. Finally he arrives at a door and opens it up. Oh look, there’s the toilet. Riku tosses the comic on top of the toilet paper holder and turns, hands on his belt. His eyes widen as he discovers Cambot’s in the doorway.]
Get out! [Riku slams the door, unwittingly clipping the robot, which bounces off the walls a few times. It lands on the floor, still functioning. A voice can be heard in the bathroom as the cambot slowly picks itself off the floor. There’s a sound like flipping pages.] ...Wait, what’s this got to do with vampires?
[The broadcast continues, but the bot leaves, as requested.]
