[There's some static and Cambot's feed comes up. Riku doesn't seem to know Cam's recording. He's sitting on a pipe in a hallway, looking at the stars outside. He seems to be thinking very seriously about something. He closes his eyes and sighs. The heat alone is enough to open his eyes wide.

Riku simply blinks. Slowly he raises his head and breathes out like one expecting to see their breath in the cold winter air. Instead is a puff of flame. The color is unsettling.]

...This can't be good.

[Well that's interesting. Roxas has noticed the unusual color of Riku's flame and he knows the significance but he chooses not to comment on it.]

This is going to be an interesting couple of days. I'd start a bet for who sets their pillow on fire first, but with my luck it would be me.

[Sora raises an eyebrow.] Where'd THAT come from?

[Except on the word 'that,' he gets a little bit of flame out of his mouth too, and he jumps back in surprise.]

...I guess the same place that did.

Don't make any plans to visit the Nature Deck anytime soon.

[Smirk.] You took the flame right out of my mouth. [A tendril of flame escapes his lips just like a dragon tongue, fading in the air.]

Oh ha ha, very funny! [Come on Sora, you know you've made terrible puns, too.]

[Riku shrugs. He does look like he's thinking of something interesting, though. Doesn't mean we won't crack another if he can actually make Sora groan for a change.] I've heard of heated debates. I guess I got the wrong idea.

[Okay, Sora can play along, even though sometimes his puns fail.] Definitely the wrong kind. And you better watch what you eat now, you could burn your tongue!

Are any of the animals also breathing fire?

[Because somehow, the thought of that panda breathing fire is both hilarious and terrifying...]

...I don't know, but that might be worth checking out, then. I'd be worse if they set something on fire. Question is how'd we stop them if they did?

[Well, this is surprising. Xion's not going to remark on the color, but tries to see if she can do the same thing. Oh, look, she can.]

No kidding. ...But if we're going to be stuck with it... [He's in the cafeteria deck and has a bag of... something, and is pulling out some skewers. What is he...? Oh. With barely any enthusiasm at all he holds up the skewers as well as the bag, which is now clearly labeled, "marshmallows."]

Probably, just like the rest of the crazy stuff lately. [His cambot feed is him right outside her door, though. ....There seems to be water down his front. He's slipping a drawing underneath the door. He pauses to see if she comes out, but with his back turned as it is, he doesn't seem to expect it. The drawing itself is actually two pictures. The first depicts something on his desk on fire. The second is him with a cloth over his face with water dripping from it onto the desk as he's trying to draw. ...One corner of the paper IS damp.]

[Smirk} I've fought Maleficent. Or the memory of her at least. You bet I can.

[He motions to follow with a coaxing finger. He starts heading to the Rec Deck.]

[He looks slightly more enthusiastic, as much as Riku does.] Hmm. I could. [Though roasted marshmallows aren't bad, either.] Want some?
