[Mike and the Bots are all gathered up on the top deck, all dressed up in their pirate gear. But it looks like there's some big to-do going on...something is coming in on the Hexfield viewscreen! What's more, it doesn't look like the usual strange visitors. The screen first shows an odd, somewhat rickety spaceship, shaped a little bit like a large bolt.]

Mike: Well hey, it looks like someone is trying to hail us! But the transmission's coming in a bit fuzzy. Cambot, put it up on the viewscreen!

[Cambot does so. There's a lot of static, but behind it is none other than Joel Robinson!]

Joel: Hey everyone! It's Joel again. Looks like I finally raised enough funds to get myself a ship up here.

Crow: Woooooow COOOL, it's Joel!

Tom: Joel Joel Joel! He's coming back here again!

Mike: Oh wow, it does look like it!

Joel: Yeah, um, I’ll do my best, but mostly I’m just gonna try and get up there to fix the Twin-Screw Universal Controller. So just hang tight, okay everyone?

[The Bots begin to dance around, singing and making a whole lot of noise. Even Cambot seems to be bopping along.]

Mike: Uhh, yeah, I guess we will!

Joel: Yeah, so-- [The static takes over, and the feed from Joel cuts out. Mike looks pretty pleased.]

[Joel’s small little spaceship is steadily approaching the SOL. The question is...will it get here okay?]

[And within two minutes, there's a pony in a space suit, blasting her way out to the little spaceship with a jetpack. Neither rain nor snow nor the vast empty void of space will keep a newcomer from receiving their Welcome Cupcake as soon as possible!]

[Good luck getting there, Pinkie...the jetpacks will only take you about 500 feet from the Satellite before they run out of fuel. And Joel's tiny ship is still aways away.]

[Awwwwwwww. She'll just float around out here until he gets closer, then!]

[Yup, he's still coming there...but slowly...]

Wait a minute. What is that device he's talking about?

[This is important, but clearly, Mike and the Bots aren't going to address it if left to their own devices.]

[Tom is still bouncing around excitedly]

That twin-screw thingie that was bringing everybody here somehow!

[Tom stops his bouncing a bit]

What's up, kiddo? We're getting rescued!

What do you mean 'what's up'? You guys know he's talking about the thing that's bringing people here. He only said it's name, but you know what it does. How long have you know about this?

Oh, I dunno. Didn't you kids know about it, too? A couple were trying to find it or something. Coulda sworn Minako mentioned it!

She did, but we didn't have a name for it.

Still, cheer up! Finally getting some rescue! Because it's JOOOOEL!

Somehow, I get the feeling it's not going to be that easy...

Oh, come on! It's Joel coming to us in a rickety, likely-untested homemade rocket through the unforgiving void of space! What could possibly go wrong?

I guess that is possible, ain't it?

You just got done describing how that ship he's flying is a piece of junk and you didn't think anything would go wrong?

Well, it is Joel! Things tend to work out for the guy!

Except for the getting shot into space part, of course.

I don't really know. Seems like this Joel guy knows the most about it.

[Joel tries to respond, but there's just static on his end.]

Gypsy! Any way we can get him over here?

We can open up the loading bay for his ship, but the Satellite's all-purpose grabbing claws don't reach far enough to get him otherwise! And we don't have a tractor beam installed.

[punsofiron]

No way we can get closer to him ourselves?

[itsjustthebots]

I can try. This thing doesn't exactly corner easy, you know!

[There's a whole lot of static on Joel's end so no one can hear what he's saying, but he seems to be making an interesting face...]

You do! Listen man I just gotta thank you for marryin' me and Minako! I've never been a happier dude in my life!

[It's very hard to see anything, but it looks like there may be a thumbs up in there...]
