[Cambot's getting all kinds of great cat videos today.

This one shows a small-ish black cat playing with a ball of bright green yarn. It bats the ball here and there, pouncing and tugging at loose strands until eventually it becomes tangled in the yarn.

It tries for a few moments to pull itself free, then looks up at Cambot.]

Please?

[A hand moves into view, freeing the kitty.]

Thank you.

[The cat proceeds to start playing with the yarn again.]

Mmm, I'm getting around okay. Mostly just trying not to get stepped on or eaten.

Eaten? But we all still think like we normally do...

[She doesn't know of anyone on the Satellite that normally eats mice.]

It seems that way, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Well, let me know if there's anything I can do.

[She will totally pounce on anyone who threatens him. Or any of her friends, really, but he seems like the one most likely to need that service at the moment.]

Otherwise, it isn't so bad. It's been interesting looking between the walls.

I bet, though aren't there a lot of wires and things to look out for?

[Yes, she's concerned re: the possibilities of electric shocks, but she's also curious.]

Mostly just the wires, but there are some remnants from the parties those other mice were holding when we were headed towards the space iceburg.

Really? I'd have thought that disappeared when the week was over.

I would have thought so as well. I suppose it could be from something else, though.

Maybe, though I don't know what.

The only bad part about this is the instinct to chew and make a nest.

[Xion looks at her ball of yarn.]

At least that serves a purpose?

Well, I guess it's only for the week.

This is true. ...and at least my Cambot seems happier now.

How have you been holding up?

All right, I guess. Maybe a little bored.

[In fairness, it wasn't like he'd been doing so randomly. He'd set up up a goal of sorts and been aiming for it. Now, though, he isn't sure what to do with himself. Ordinarily, he'd either go train somewhere or snoop around the media deck... or go screw around in the kitchen and see if any of the cookbooks he'd found on the media deck was worthwhile. None of those really seems like a good idea now, though.]

[Normally she'd try to join Roxas for training, getting some sea salt ice cream, or hanging around the media deck herself. None of those being feasible in this form, she'd gone with the first thing she'd found.]

There's not much we can do like this.

Not really, no. Not unless you want to explore the ventilation system or something, but I'm not so sure those vents are even big enough to fit anything bigger than a rodent.

Yeah.

At least we seem to be pretty normal animals this time.

I'd rather not be an animal at all, but I guess it's better than being tempted to test out any new powers.

Or having them get out of our control.

[She remembers Lea and the random fires.]
