Seventh Key

[Cambot is just wandering around the halls on the Recreation Deck when it happens to catch Sora heading by. He happens to wave to the camera, when there's a flash of black and gray from above. Sora's spectre jumps down from one of the walls (how did it get up there?) and lands on Sora.]

HEY! You--

[Sora tries to flip the spectre off of him, but having his strength, it just flips him back over on the ground again. There, it proceeds to grab his throat with one hand, effectively pinning him down.]

[The spectre is talking to him again...and whatever it says, it puts a rather horrified expression on Sora's face.]

...No!--

[Sora struggles to get the double off of him, but it just presses down harder on his throat...then brings a leg up, preparing to smash its shoe into Sora's face.]

[Then, all of a sudden, there's a bright pink flash, and POOF! The spectre screeches, and then disappears.]

[Sora slowly gets up, and looks around. The spectre is nowhere to be found, but he still looks shaken.]

...Is it gone? What happened?

Sora! Are you okay?

[he's moving as he asks this. He's familiar enough with the ship, barely, to recognize the recreation deck and he's on his way down there. Yes, he's worried.]

[Cambot broadcasts Riku's initial reaction: jumping from the chair, hunching over and saying a few choice words as his side hurts him (that are strangely kid-friendly), and snatching up his sword before making his way down the hall.]

Um...yeah... [He rubs at his neck a little. That was not a good surprise...] Just came out of nowhere at me...

[Sora doesn't notice Riku moving at first, until he hears those painful sounds. He's not trying to move now, is he?]

--Riku?

[halfdarkened]

[Riku manages to hide his pain pretty well as he moves down the halls. He's good at that.]

It may have vanished, but we don't know it's gone yet.

[Roxas is just about to the recreational deck as he replies now.]

Seems like the favorite way to do it when they decide to get violent. What was it saying to you anyway?

[Sora is less concerned about that and more about the fact that Riku should be resting! At least his didn't hurt him that badly!]

What're you doing? Your side's still injured!

Wait...what works? [Sora missed Doof's post about his -Inator.]

Sora, you alright?

[Sora isn't entirely sure he wants to share...how much does Roxas know about his Antiform, anyway? On the other hand, he knows it can be annoying to hide that stuff.]

Just...a whole lot of bad stuff. It kept talking about...my darkness now.

[Sora lets out a sigh.] Yeah...I think so. I'm just not entirely sure what happened to it...

[halfdarkened]

[His expression is very firm.] And you're my best friend. Being hurt doesn't keep me from fighting. [Trufax.]

[Roxas does know something about Antiform. Perhaps not everything, but enough, he thinks.]

Do you want to talk about it?

[He wants to know, if at least to have an idea what to say to Sora to make him feel better about the situation, but he won't force him to talk about it if he doesn't want to.]

[Yeah, that's the kind of answer he would expect.]

I know, but...I can take care of that thing myself! [Never mind that it was trying to choke him just a minute ago.]

[Sora continues to rub at his neck; not necessarily because it hurts, but more because he's worried and thinking about things.]

I don't know...I mean, it's not like it's gonna matter here, right? [Not like he can use any of his forms anyway...]

My EvilCloneAwayinator! It got rid of all the evil clones on the satellite! That pink light? Yeah, that was all me.

Weren't you the one getting after me for doing stuff on my own? [He smirks slightly.]

Well...

[Roxas thinks on that a moment. Before the shade things appeared, he would have been inclined to believe that it wouldn't be an issue. Now, he's not so sure.]

Maybe not. But if it's bothering you, maybe it'd help to talk about it?

[Oh and he's here now, Sora, walking up to you with his own Cambot tailing him like a puppy.]

[Color Sora impressed! That pretty much saved his bacon there.] Wow! So...you just got rid of them all with a machine? I didn't even know you could do that!

I don't know if I should let it bother me or not! Those things have been bothering everyone...

[If he's going to, he'd rather not in front of the cameras. The only ones who really know anything about Antiform are Donald, Goofy, Riku and Kairi, anyway. He nods towards the camera.]

[Gah! But that's...different!] Yeah, but...you were doing stuff on your own the wrong way! [Not that that explains much.]

Well, it looks like yours is gone at least. I guess we'll see if whatever that was got the others.

[Roxas knows better. Even if mostly everyone on board is nice and understanding, this really isn't something to discuss in front of Cambot.]

I hope it did! Even if I don't know how it happened exactly.

[More of a smile crosses Sora's face. Yeah, he almost got killed, but that's not the first time!]

[Sora, you are walking mood whiplash. What is with that smile when you almost got choked to death? But Roxas gives a small smile too. Sora is Sora.]
