[Cambot rounds a corner and comes upon a small black and white imp who is running her hands all over herself as if to be sure that everything is there. She's breathing a bit fast as she looks around wildly.]

Link? Zelda? Where did he send me?

[Receiving no answers from the walls, Midna focuses on Cambot, scowling.]

Hey, you, what sort of place is this?

[Saria has never seen anything like Midna before, though on the other side of the fourth wall she looks familiar somehow, but whatever she is, she looks quite distressed. Pushing the question about bringing up Link's name aside for now, she speaks up.]

A-are you okay, miss?

[Midna looks obscurely reassured to see someone who has more than one eye and somewhat normal-looking ears. She takes a deep breath and lets it out.]

What do you think? I just got sent here - somehow - from the castle, and that means that he's going after my friends.

[Saria shrinks back a little, then looks sad as Midna continues.]

I-I'm sorry. We don't know how we got here either.

I'm Midna. Link, Zelda and I were in the middle of fighting Ganon, and then suddenly I ended up here. It's probably another one of his tricks.

[Midna looks over this new guy slowly and frowns.]

You look like you could be Link's cute little brother. If you had a decent sword. Maybe, that is.

[Midna jumps and attempts to flail with her hair! Fortunately for all present, except possibly Midna's own peace of mind, this does nothing whatsoever. But...it's a pink talking pony. With a pink mane.]

I...uh.

[Midna accepts the cupcake a little warily! She seems to be batting about 50/50 on the nice new people and strangely hostile new people. Not naming any names. She examines the cupcake, poking at the frosting. It smells a little like some of the things that Link would pick up in the food stores in Castle Town, so it's probably edible.]

What...is this? I haven't had a cupcake before.

[That's right, Pinkie Pie. There's a world without cupcakes.]

They're only like the best things ever! Right next to parties and friends, except you can EAT them! You put them in your mouth and then it's like BAM! A GIANT EXPLOSION of DELICIOUS FROSTINGY CAKEY GOODNESS! They come in all different flavors too, like carrot and lemon and chocolate and vanilla and red velvet and blueberry and - oh, oh, and sometimes they have SPRINKLES on top!

There! NOW it's the best first ever cupcake EVER! Eatiteatiteatit!

[Midna tries not to wonder where the sprinkles came from. Or how that worked without hands. It's just a crazy pink talking pony who is disturbingly enthusiastic about her baked goods. She's seen scarier things, she's pretty sure.]

I think I would remember meeting you before. Talking ponies aren't a common sight even in the Twilight Realm. Could you tell me what's going on and where I am? For a welcoming committee, some of the people seem pretty short on the welcoming and information part.
