Tenth Sunrise

[Okay. Amaterasu is concerned on a number of levels now. Everyone is acting very strange! She faces Cambot, pulls out her paper and brush, and paints up a quick sketch:]



[She then shows the picture to Cambot as if he should be paying close attention. People should not be behaving like wolves! They should be behaving like people! Otherwise someone's gonna get hurt...or horribly embarrassed!]

[Harvey just lifts his head, looks from the paper to her, and then lays back down and closes his eyes again. You interrupted his naptime for this?]

[Ammy whines, and paws at the paper again. Harvey, pay attention! This is important!]

[He begrudingly opens his eyes to look at her again, though he doesn't make any move to get up. Fine, Ammy, what?]

[Now that Ammy has his attention again, she attempts to stand up on her hind legs and walk a tiny bit, giving him her best encouraging grin. See, Harvey? Wouldn't doing this be so much better?]

[He just arches an eyebrow. The hell're you doin'? That's not how you walk.]

[That's...not helping, and she can't keep those pose for long. She comes back down on all fours, and looks around for anything else that may spark human memories.]

[She eventually comes across a plate with some utensils left behind. She picks up the plate, and then the fork. See, Harvey? Don't you want to eat with utensils?]

[He stares at her, head cocked. Oh...oh! He gets it! Standing and stretching, he jumps off the bed and disappears...and then reappears with a bone from somewhere. See, this is his chewing thing. It's much better than that little metal one.]

[If Ammy could facepalm, she would right now. She shakes her head no: she’s not talking about chewing on a bone! She taps her paw on the plate, and then the fork. Then she makes a motion like licking her lips. You’re supposed to eat with these when you’re a human!]
