[Ammy sits at a small table, a table that appears to be one of many in a row along the edge of the deck. She’s wearing a con badge around her neck as well. On the table before her is a series of ink drawings and paintings...some of them are scenes from Nippon and her friends from home, and some of them are from friends she’s met on the Satellite. There’s also a small can on the edge of the table for people to drop money into. She glances up as Cambot comes in towards the tables.]

[Namine also has a small table, set up right next to Ammy’s. It’s covered with pictures in various media; pastels, crayons, colored pencils, and several different kinds of paint. As with Ammy’s display, the subjects range from places like the mansion in Twilight Town to all her friends on the satellite. From the obvious difference in skill level between some of the drawings, it looks like she’s been practicing a lot. She’s also managed to find a cash box somewhere. When she notices Cambot, she smiles.]

Hello everyone. Amaterasu and I noticed that there was this place for artists to set up a kind of shop, and thought we’d try it. We’ll be here for a little while if anyone wants to buy a picture.

[Well, Namine explained it all pretty well! Ammy glances back at Cambot, and barks once in agreement. Maybe Cambot will also be willing to translate prices for her. She doesn’t usually sell art, but hey, this is all part of the pretend aspect with this week.]

[Big Macintosh happens along, dressed in a red jumpsuit and looking a little more sleepy-eyed than usual. He smiles at Ammy and Namine and peruses their art a while, thinking.]

[Ammy smiles at his costume...somehow, it looks a little familiar. She barks once at him. Is there anything he's interested in getting?]

Wait a minute. Can... can anyone do that?

I think so. There wasn't anything to say only some people are allowed.

Oh, hell yeah! [He darts off-screen.]

We'll see you soon, then?

[He will have a wide variety of tables to choose from when he arrives.]

[Very soon, actually. It doesn't take him long to claim a nearby table.]

Can't believe I didn't see this sooner!

It took us a little while, too. Do you need some help setting up?

I think I got it. Unless you got some tips or somethin'.

I don't think so--this is the first I've done this.

I sold some of these back home, but it was always at the shop. Never done a market or whatever this is before. Get many people yet?

Big MacIntosh, the pony, came, but so far he's the only one.

That's kinda disappointing...

We haven't been her long, though, so maybe more people will come later.

I hope so. I'd like to get rid of some of these.

[Ammy barks once. As far as she can tell, anyone can come in and set up shop.]

[Off-screen... there may be a few random bits of fabric and such flying by on occasion, tho'.] Be right there!

[Ammy tilts her head at him. Kanji seems really excited. What's he planning to bring to sell?]

[Doesn't take him long to get down there... with a crate full of crocheted plushies.]

[Ammy sniffs at him when he shows up. Wow, that's a whole lot of handmade dolls! Surely some of the others around the Satellite will like one of those.]

Like 'em? I got kinda bored and just made a bunch of 'em. You want one?

[yabigfurball]

[Ammy nods, and goes to scan the dolls available. Problem is…which one to choose?]

[And if she gets a doll, she should offer a painting up to Kanji, too.]

[crafty_punk]

[He doesn't mind giving one away, but he won't say no if she offers a painting, either. He lays out a few more, thinking...]

Would a dog be too weird? Eh, maybe not. It'd be like a kids with a doll. Or there's this bird here or...

[Ammy looks over the dolls. She sniffs at the bird one...it kind of reminds her of the sparrow people. She nudges that one with her nose. That one would be nice to have.]

It's all yours.

[yabigfurball]

[Ammy smiles, and picks up the bird carefully. She goes and brings it back to her table, putting it on the side. She then nudges some paintings towards Kanji...he can take one that he likes, too.]

Oh? Hey, thanks! [He takes a look through them, lingering on a couple, but not making a decision right away.] These are really nice.

[Ammy smiles and wags her tail. She's always happy when people enjoy her art. There's a bunch of different things from back home, including scenes of various animals, mountain villages and a city under the sea. There's also a lot of pictures of everyone on the Satellite.]

[He opts for one of the villages.] Thanks!

[Ammy barks once again, pleased that he liked that one. Now to try and sell more!]

[Riku comes sauntering by with a thumb in his pocket and wearing a black shirt with "SOLCON" emblazoned across the back and a picture of the bots over the chest pocket. Almost tasteful. Or rather, the most tasteful thing he could find that was convention-orianted. In his free hand was a box of chocolate-covered biscuit sticks. One was poking out of his mouth, making him look a little like a chain smoker holding a box of cigarettes... well, except that he was EATING said cigarette, and the only cough Riku ever had was when he had a cold. He closed the Pocky box and stuffed it into an oversized pants-pocket. He gives them both a smile and as much of a wave as he ever provides.]

Nice. Mind if I take a look?

[Ammy nods, and barks once. She doesn't mind if he looks! She's got a whole bunch of different paintings here.]

[Riku flips through the paintings, occasionally pulling one out to look at places he'd never seen before or people who looked unlike any he'd met.]

Your world must be beautiful.

[He pauses on a picture of a white wolf with red markings and a fiery disk on its back and examines it curiously.] ...Is this you?

[Ammy smiles. Her world is very beautiful, and she misses it a lot.]

[In answer to his question, she barks once for yes.]

[Riku looks it over and looks back to Ammy.] ...I didn't know a wolf could look even more impressive. The red looks good on you. Nice style. [It really was striking.]

[Ammy dips her head down a bit, almost looking a bit embarrassed. It's just how she is!]

[Namine smiles. It looks like he's having his own kind of fun this week.]

[The type of fun the odd person at a con has when they actually get enough to eat, sleep, and shower.]

[He paused slightly at what she said, still remembering Rarity's words, then smiled. Now wasn't the time.] Okay.

[Riku looks through the pictures. Since some of them are reflections of life back home, his expression changes from time to time. Finally, he stops on one and smiles peacefully. He looks it over, pulling out a picture of himself and his friends: Sora, Kairi, Donald, Goofy, Mickey, Xion, Roxas, Axel and of course, Namine.] How much?

Guess who hasn't been to enough cons to know what normal Artist Alley prices are. ^^;;;

[That is a good kind of fun, and more people should enjoy it.]

[She tilted her head in curiosity at his pause, but it passed quickly and she became caught up in wondering which picture he'd choose. She really hadn't thought about prices. Besides, Riku was a friend, and normally she'd just give it to him if she knew he liked it...]

How about five munny--er, dollars?

[Dollars was what they were using here, right?]

Not that Riku knows any better. XD He just magically had money this week. And a free shirt.

[It also said something when Riku had maybe a wall and a half of her pictures now and still wanted another.]

Okay. [He pulls out a billfold which had magically appeared this week and pages through the various bills until he finds a five. As he hands it to her, he can't help but comment on the currency.] You know, I don't get why this paper's valuable, but it's easier to carry than munny, and a lot easier than Moogle Points. [Holy Meteor those were annoying trying to carry those through Castle Oblivion...]

Namine accepts the bill, looking at for a moment before putting it in the box.]

They are, but I wonder how people decide which one is worth how much.

[Money safely stowed. she hands him the picture.]
