[MakubeX is on the media deck, wearing a blue and orange scarf. He's looking up and scowling at something. Cambot scrolls up, revealing a book hovering in the air just out of arm's reach, flapping its covers like wings. Cambot then pulls back so one can see both MakubeX and the book.]

Please come down? I'd really like to try to make that potion. I won't spill anything on you. You have my word.

[The books slams its cover in response, then resumes it's flapping. MakubeX sighs.]

This is going to take a while...

[Xion nods and hurries to follow him.]

[He leads the way to a room stocked with cauldrons and various ingredients.] Here we are. What all do we need?

We need a cauldron made of...pewter?

[She didn't know what that was, or how to pronounce the word.]

Pewter... Ah, here we are. [He pulls one down.] Think this is big enough?

I think so. Here's the list of ingredients.

[She names them all, pronouncing the words she doesn't know as best she can.]

[Maku gets the general idea and gathers everything, laying each ingredient side by side.]

Care to just assume they have fun potions making times?^^;;;

[Time to get started, then! Once there's some water in the cauldron, Xion works on using her magic to make a small fire under it.]

[It takes some time to make, but Maku seems to have a lot of fun making it.]

[Xion does, too. Then it's all bottled up. She's not really planning on using it, but the making was fun.]

That was easier than I thought. Perhaps we should test it on something?

Maybe, but what would we test it on?

[Experimentation on living things is not somewhere she wants to go.]

Maybe put a drop or two on a chair or something?

That would work.

[She goes to find a suitable chair]

How about this one?

That should do. [He takes the bottle and very carefully drops a small bit of the potion onto the chair. Almost immediately it shrinks half an inch.]

[Xion's eyes widen.]

Maybe a little more. We could see how small it can get.

[He drops more on, bit by bit, until it's the size of a grape.] Keep going?

[skysmirror]

That looks like enough.

[Now to try the antidote. Xion drops a little on, and the chair slowly starts to grow back to its normal size.]

[He laughs.] It worked! They both worked!

[skysmirror]

[Xion grinned back.]

We did it!

[virtualunknown]

[Slowly, MakubeX's smile faded into thoughtfulness.]

...so, what do we do with them now?

[Xion looks thoughtful as well.]

I guess we could keep it until it's needed.

[Who knows, it might come in handy one of these events.]

[He hands her one of the bottles.] Here. You keep one in your room and I'll keep the other in mine. That way, we won't confuse the two.

[She accepts it.]

Okay. Though we could label them, too. I think I saw some paper and pens.

[Chuckle.] Ah, but that's the easy way.

I guess, but we wouldn't want to accidentally use the wrong one.

[She studies her bottle, trying to make sure which one of the two she has.]
