[Cambot pans around the theatrical deck, showing off all the rigging that’s been set up to allow someone to reach the ceiling easily. Finally he focuses on Namine, whose dress is now covered with light pink, sparkly hearts. Her cat ears are only a shade or two darker than her hair, as is her tail that’s now twitching slightly. She appears to be talking to someone already up in the rigging.]

Are you sure it’s safe?

Of course it’s safe! I’ve been setting these things up since I can remember! Then again, maybe I’m not the best one to ask.

[There’s Zidane, poking his head out of the mess that’s around the ceiling, his hair still beaded like it was during the summer camp week because they were already rainbow-colored. The rest of him, however, is an absolute mess, as his vest has turned into what looks like glitter-embedded turquoise plastic and his hair has colored streaks in it to match the beads. Also he’s covered in glittery paint.]

[Oh, and he’s completely upside down. Thanks, tail. He grins and waves a sparkly paint-covered brush in her direction.]

Come on, it’s fine! I promise it’s not gonna fall, and if- hey, is that thing on? [Yep, he’s spotted the Cambot.]

[She looks over at Cambot, surprised.] I guess he is. Do you mind if he records?

‘Course not! Hey guys, we’re fixing the place up! If you wanna help out, come on up! [And he ducks back into the rafters, starting to sing as he does so.] ~Why are there so many songs about rainbows and what’s on the other side? Rainbows are visions, but only illusions...~

[He will keep going like that until someone yells at him to stop.]

[Starts climbing up to join him, not quite singing yet, but now Cambot’s obliging by providing the music for them to sing along to. When she gets up there, she finds a paintbrush and starts painting as well.]

[Aaaaaand he just gets louder. ~~He’s in a really good mood today for some reason.~~] ~Someday we’ll find it, the rainbow connection, the lovers, the dreamers and meeeeeeeeeeee!~

[Namine laughs, and starts singing softly. His enthusiasm is catching!] ~Who said that every wish would be heard and answered, when wished on the morning star? Somebody thought of that, and someone believed it--look what it’s done so far. What’s so amazing that keeps us stargazing, and what do we think we might see? Someday we’ll find it, the rainbow connection...~

~The lovers, the dreamers and meeeeeeeeeeeee! Aaaaaaaaall of us under it’s spell, we know that it’s probably maaaaaaaaagiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiic!~ [And as the singing goes on - Zidane definitely being as dramatic as possible, Cambot pans up to show the ceiling proper. It’s about half-covered in paint with glitter mixed in, all seven colors laid out in wavy stripes, the edges intermingling a little bit. It’s... garish, yeah, but it’s actually kind of nice, too. Kind of... happy. Seems like the Rainbow Connection really is coming true.]

[Ammy wanders in to the theatrical deck, having grudgingly accepted the rainbow leopard spots all over her for now. She's drawn in by the singing, and then the painting up on the ceiling. She stops to watch, smiling. More art all over the Satellite definitely makes her happy.]

[Namine notices Ammy and waves to her usual art partner. She'd ask if Ammy wanted to help, but she didn't know of any way to get Ammy up the ladder to where they were. Plus, it's kind of nice to work on a project with a different friend.]

[Ammy just barks back a hello. She's all right not adding to this one...if she had her brushes she could probably get up there, but without them, it'd be a lot more difficult. And it's interesting to see what others do sometimes.]

[Nami smiles and goes back to painting. She's ending up getting quite a bit on herself, since it's harder to keep the paint from dripping onto her, but she doesn't mind much. It'll wash off.]

[As Ammy continues to watch, a couple spots of paint end up dripping down from the ceiling...and splash all over her nose. She sneezes in surprise, splattering it further.]

[Namine hears the sneeze and peers back down. Noticing a few new spots of color on Ammy, her expression turns sheepish.]

[Ammy shakes her head out...well, it's not Namine's fault, really. Paint is hard to control on a ceiling. However, she's more careful to watch where she's standing now.]

[Be that as it may, Nami tries to be more careful of drips as she paints.]

[Ammy manages to avoid more splatters this time...not that she could probably tell anyway with how she's already covered in rainbow spots. The ceiling rainbow is looking almost done.]

[It is--just a little bit more and they'll be finished. The colors are pretty, but it certainly is sparkly.]

[Indeed, it seems like everything is sparkly this week. Ammy wonders if the painting will remain this sparkly once it's over, or if maybe it'll lose some of the edge once things are back to 'normal.']

[Nami will be okay with either result. She likes the sparkles, but the important thing is the rainbow.]

[Zidane looks down, grinning and waving his paintbrush emphatically.]

Hi! Might wanna watch out, this stuff is dripping a little!

[As if on cue, some paint flies off of Zidane's brush and onto Ammy's ear. She shakes her head out to try and shake it off.]

Aahhh! Sorry! There's some towels down there if you want to pull one over yourself.

[He knows the dog is intelligent, so he's not going to treat her like she's not.]

[Well, that will do for now, at least. Not that it makes a lot of difference with these rainbow spots.]

[She locates the towels, pulls one out, and tries to rub her head against it. It gets...some of the paint off.]

You need some help? [He's peering down between the bits of scaffolding at Ammy.] Hang on, I'll come down.

[...Of course to Zidane coming down is more like falling down, in a controlled way as he just drops, grabbing onto things with his hands and tail to break his fall and apparently not caring about a possible head injury.]

[Ammy rubs off the paint as best as possible when she notices Zidane descending.]

[She gives him a look of concern. He hasn't hurt himself on the way down, right? All she's got is a bit of paint on her ear, after all.]
