[ Shortly after Pinkie's recent post, Cambot appears on the Cafeteria deck, revealing a startling number of apples and apple pies among the grassy land. Wally is among them, with a fork and a pie in his hands that's about halfway gone. Surprisingly enough, he's not wolfing it down all at once, but he's in heaven, and heaven is made of apples (and a touch of ice cream). And even for speedsters, there are just some things that are sacred. Some foods, like a good apple pie, are just sinful not to savor.
It looks like there might be another reason why he's slowed down, though? Even as he notices Cambot floating nearby and looks up with a grin, Wally's rubbing at his eyes, looking for all the world like a content child who needs a nap after filling his belly. ]
Hey, guys! You've got to try these apple pies. They're almost as good as Joan's! [ Who is Joan? Too bad, you're not finding out unless you ask. He's forgotten that not all of you would know the original Flash or his wife. Too bad for you guys; you're totally missing out! ]
There's plenty to go around! I dunno how she made them so fast, but Pinkie Pie's... [ He pauses, eyes drooping suddenly. ] the best... [ Wally. Wally, what are you doing? Snap out of it, buddy. ] talking pony... [ The pie falls to the ground. ] ever. [ And Wally follows it, falling sideways on the grass and not moving. ]
