Second Sunrise (Celestia)

[Cambot's feed opens to show Celestia in her room staring at her tiara, which she has taken off for some reason. She closes her eyes and lowers her head. A yellow glow starts appearing on her horn, but so far, nothing else is happening. She glares at the tiara and clenches her teeth as she keeps trying. After a couple minutes, the glow disappears and she starts breathing a little uneasy, as if she's tired.

The Cambot then makes a rather familiar noise . This startles Celestia and she looks up to see Cambot.] Oh pardon me everypony. I was just trying to see my magic is back. Either I'm out of practice or-

[She pauses and suddenly looks confused.] ...Is it just me or is things have gotten warmer around here?

(OOC: Okay what's going on is that she gained her ability to move the sun back and accidentally moved the sun closer to one part of the satellite. So it'll be a little warmer and brighter on that part of the satellite. Since she's out of practice, she won't be able to push it away just yet, but your character is free to move away from the affected side.)

No they don't. Before Luna and I were around however, it used to be that all unicorns would work together and use their magic to raise the sun and moon each day. That stopped when a dragonequus named Discord came and took over, causing pain and suffering for all ponies alike. Luna and I stopped him with the elements of harmony and turn him into stone. We restored harmony and have taken care of the sun and moon ever since.

[She's not going to mention the Nightmare Moon thing or when Discord came back for a while.]

So everyone used to work together to do it.

[The second part of Celestia's story sounds familiar. Namine has "met" Discord, and heard a few things from Rarity. The vague images she's getting from Celestia's memories, though, are enough to make her shudder.]

It was good that you and Luna could stop him.

[As she should. Discord was a real monster back in the day. Who knows how Equestria could have turned out if Twilight and her friends failed for good and their friendship was over?]

I'm glad too. He did come back a while ago, but Twilight and her friends were able to stop him with the elements.

[She's very sure the reason why the seal broke is because of the whole Nightmare Moon incident, and because she and Luna are no longer connected with the elements of harmony.]

I think Rarity told us a little about that. It sounds like she and the others have had some adventures.

[It's a logical conclusion.]

Ah I see. So I've been told. My student Twilight usually writes letters to me so I've been told about most, if not, all of their adventures.

[To be fair, she's not aware of the real reason the seal broke, but it makes sense that the seal weakened after, again, the Nightmare Moon incident.]
